us and make mention of your area of interest

item you wish to have made. If you see something on the site that interests you, send us the specific caption information.
Once we have contact established then
we will communicate by return email or
if necessary suggest you telephone us
to discuss requirements.
Payment - we almost exclusively
use PayPal
and this is a very easy and secure way
to make payment - pay via our email
address (thistlebees.com at gmail.com). If
you choose to send us a check then naturally
there will be some delay as we would have
to wait for the check to clear before
proceeding with an order - a money order or cashier's check is somewhat faster. Our lead time
tends to vary according to the seasons,
workload, communication and fabric availabilities,
and this is information we would convey
while setting up an order.
Shipping - Orders are shipped by
USPS and costed by weight and destination.
Returns - No returns on hats.
No returns on prototypes.
Custom orders MAY be returned for ALTERATIONS in certain circumstances.
